I observed that many people who punch time cards can cheat anythime. They just need to ask someone to punch their card, if they are going to be late. I think Voice Software is a good idea. It will help people to stop cheating.

I have been worked in a local Publishing company before, which they didn’t want the employees to punch the time cards, instead they want the record the voice of each staff by saying, “I arrived!” in front of a voice recognition machine!
