mobileYouth Trends Summit is taking place today in London, UK. It’s organized by the Wireless World Forum. It’s intended as a platform for decision makers and decision implementers to discuss the industry challenges, jointly arrive at conclusions and to network with each other for doing business. It seems to attract some industry movers and shakers.
Graham Brown of the Wireless World Forum in his introduction had some provocative comments. For example he said, “Lifetime value of a young mobile customer in the UK is $20,000. This decreases as they get older. We need to connect with them earlier because this is when they build up their brand associations (catch ‘em whilst they’re young!).”
Podcasts of the Summit are available.
